¿Quiénes son  "Efervescencia Afrolírica"?

"Efervescencia Afrolírica", una de las proesas musicales que se baticina como la próxima banda de rock más influyente en Ecuador; es una banda quiteña conformada por tres amigos con pasión y oído musical, que ha cautivado a todos los seguidores de la escena independiente ecuatoriana con sus composiciones variadas con tendencias indie, rock, pop y reggae.

Esto viene acompañado de todo el esfuerzo y corazón invertido en el proyecto "afrolírico", a lanzar a inicios del próximo año.

Al hablar con su vocalista "Xavier Pozo" (20 años),  expresó su gratitud al público que lo ha seguido desde sus primeros pasos y anunció que su nuevo albúm se lanzará en junio del 2021.

Chile: Strong Recovery After Devastating Earthquake

On February 27, 2010 Chile suffered an earthquake with magnitude of 8.8. The reconstruction costs were estimated in $30 billions. 

But the economy recovery began in the second quarter of 2010 after a short contraction; with the idea to reduce structural deficit , improving the financial system and productivity reforms to a long-term growth.

The public savings accumulated before the global crisis helped support an early recovery of economic activity. 

To achieve this goal, temporarily increase taxes, and carry out some additional borrowing. Also, Chile placed 10 year bonds with the worth of $1 billion and in "pesos chilenos" a debt with a worth of $500 million at a 5.5 % of interest rate in international financial markets.

Monetary policy is strong, as the market expects inflation to gradually decline to the target within the 24 month policy of the central bank.

The earthquake had a temporary impact on credit risk in the affected zones, as indicated in the financial stability report of the central bank. However, this effect is being offset by the economic activity and lower unemployment.

IMF agreed with the authorities that replacing the severance payment system with a more unemployment insurance scheme could help increase investment in education and on job training.

Tay, Microsoft’s new Artificial Intelligence 

Tay is a chatbot on Twitter, Kik and GroupMe, that can respond with emojis, GIFs, and abbreviated words. This was disabled 24 hours of coming online after it launched, because its racist tweets, feminists and neo-Nazi comments .

Tay was programed like a machine learning project with conversational understanding, that learn how people talk to each other and get itself a smarter progress. But some users abused of Tay's commenting skills, and responded in inappropriate ways. As a result  we can see comments like this in the network:

Also Microsoft is improve this chatbot, taking care about Tay’s Tweets as an example of the dangers of artificial intelligence.

In my opinion we should worry about what happened with this artificial intelligence, because as more developed are robots, can go against their creator, leaving a side the three principles of robotics, this is just a small example of what can do technology into the wrong hands. We must also consider that this was caused by many people with bad intentions; because if we know that this tool depends on our teaching, we should start teaching it what is respect, equality and justice; because we would be in serious trouble if we were talking about a more advanced robot or a military smart weapon.

My Future Dreams

After I graduate of highschool, I will work in my father's company. When I work with my father, I will follow his steps  continuando con la administracion de the familiar company. I may earn a lot of money before I turn 25 years old. I will study in the university while I work for achive my goals. As soon I become an architect, I will get  masters to become a good professional. As soon I earn enough money, I will expand my company. Before my dreams come true, I might get married and have a family.

In my opinion, what this phrase wants to tell us; is that you never stop learning, because every day we acquire new knowledge and skills in various aspects not only  related to the study, but of how to be better people for this society. If we say that we have stopped learning, we are lying; because as rational beings, we are called to the pursuit of knowledge from all ways to discover even more of ourselves and our surroundings.

THE 80s

In my opinion, the story of the 80 is marked several cultural performances such as fashion, music, television, and hobbies that helped to strengthen the entertainment and make this decade one of the most important.

I think that this time may have come what is now known as fashion, since from these years people began to worry more about how they looked; and this concept was ligated with the health and born the famous diets. Also this age`s hairstyles were extravagant and flashy because these were imitated from the famous rock bands and disco in this time.

The 80s also marked many events in the world politically, and commercial, because people began to promoting much the level of entertainment and in my consideration this was one of the greatest times of consumerism and capitalism.
